WIDE Services participated in the scientific conference entitled "Facing violence and harassment in the workplace", organized by the Research Center for Gender Equality (KETHI), on Friday 10/11 at “Amalia” hotel.
The Conference was held in the framework of the Project "Interventions for the elimination of violence and harassment in institutions and enterprises of the private and public sector", implemented by KETHI with funding from the OP "Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning" (2014-2020). Katerina Tsadima, Head Instructional Designer/Project Manager of WIDE Services, presented the asynchronous training course on violence and harassment in the workplace, developed by our team in the framework of the project for KETHI that we undertook and delivered, highlighting with her long experience important aspects of this project. The platform as well as the course are aimed at all private and public sector employees who would like to be informed about the relevant legislation on violence and harassment in the workplace and is provided free of charge.
